![]() I might be 100% wrong about this, but I always was under the assumption that PLC logic was compiled to a c based language. If we do have it do you know any application to just look at the program (read-only)? (maybe a GE software trial?) Also my coworker said he might have a copy of the program but he isn't 100%. If I have a text or image copy of the logic I could recreate the program in RSLogix a lot quicker.Īre you guys aware of any application or program I could use to upload the program? Any format would work. Since they're being difficult we decided to look into retrofitting the panel ourselves. Unfortunately the program was supplied by a manufacturer and they aren't interested in helping retrofitting the panel to an AB based system unless we buy an extra 200k$ worth of extra stuff from them (they're taking advantage of our desperation) and they're being extremely difficult. Unfortunately it's an old GE Fanuc and we don't have access to the software for me to go online and upload the program. We're having issues with the last non-ab plc left in in the plant (suspected hardware and compatibility issues). Most of our system has been upgraded except for one.
